The article considers theoretical aspects of influence of public opinion on the management in socio-economic systems as well as the analyses of existing instruments (e.g. Internet), helping with implementation of such influence. It also theoretically justifies creation of innovative instrument that would help building a dialogue between organization and its’ clients. The purpose of such dialogue is in solving the conflicts and increasing the quality of goods and services, monitoring the situation of a specific branch of economy.
