Abstract
The article provides results of the study of eco-activities of enterprises, mechanisms of formation and implementation for ecological-economic management. It gives the base for transition to ecological-economic type of enterprise management in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development. The author proposes the concept of compatibility with the biosphere.
