Abstract
In article the world outlook and theoretical bases of synthesis of natural, technical and social knowledge on the basis of the general laws of the nature are discussed. The essence of system of the general laws of the nature is stated. For the first time the universal principle of synthesis of diverse natural, technical and social concepts on the basis of system of LT-indexes (a principle LT-synthesis) is formulated. Possibilities of its application in the physicist, chemistry, biology, ecology, technology, economy, sociology are considered.
