Abstract

The article defines the concept of “green growth”, examines the factors of innovative development, including the stimulation of growth and stability, the measurement of real GDP (RGDP) in purchasing power of money, the purchasing power of money in terms of scientific and technological progress’ contributions, promotion of competitiveness and productivity of economic labor, key factors for sustainable development of financial system. The example of the Republic of Kazakhstan is given as an illustration.
