ABSTRACT
In the present article the work “The Questions and the Answers: Can Energy Become the Measure of the Currencies?” by Sajlau Bajzakov is discussed, the concept of “measure” is considered as the quality- quantitative specificity in terms of physically measured spatio-temporal quantities, the fundamental measures of management objects and subjects are exemplified, an innovative equation of the dynamics of the true eventual product is stated taking into account the power with the efficiency factor of technologies, the quality of planning and the dynamics of the prices index.
