Abstract
The relevance of this research stems from the rapid integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into critical areas of Russian society, which is creating a fundamental ethical and legal gap between the autonomy of algorithms and traditional models of moral responsibility. The lack of a unified, practically applicable concept addressing the issue of «blame» in autonomous decisions creates legal and moral impasses, requiring urgent philosophical reflection to ensure the safe and ethical implementation of AI.
