Abstract
The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that the Russian Federation is actively implementing strategies related to the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies within the framework of national projects, yet the philosophical justification for the category of «quality» remains firmly rooted in the paradigm of industrial society. Without developing a new philosophical foundation, it is impossible to ensure that AI systems comply not only with technical parameters but also with ethical, social, and cultural standards, which is particularly important in the context of state policy to ensure technological sovereignty and national security.
