Abstract

Dramatic increase in a number of natural catastrophes in the world (in ten times in recent sixty years) is related by 90-95% to the acceleration and growth of geological activity of earth interior rather than to the men-induced activity as is considered in the international (Kyoto and Montreal) protocols. The geological activity acceleration results in increase in frequency of natural catastrophes (time intervals between them decrease in 1.3 times). Volcanic activity has dramatically intensified (in ten times in recent 600 million years). To provide the reliable forecast of catastrophe zone and time, it is offered to create the world service of comprehensive monitoring of geologically active zones with the use of advanced natural catastrophe forecast methods. The set of effective measures is developed to save all people in the hazardous geological zones and to reduce substantially the natural catastrophe damage.

KEYWORDS: natural catastrophes, geological activity acceleration, increase in scales, catastrophe forecast, monitoring, and effective measures.
