Abstract

In article the aspects of nursing activity as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team at all stages of complex rehabilitation of patients with wrist joint injuries are considered. The nurse, focusing on the personal qualities of the patient, selects the appropriate models and methods of work. This allows you to establish a trusting relationship with the patient, helps to increase the patient’s motivation for independence and independence, which he had before the injury. In turn, the patient’s interest in independence and self-rehabilitation enables the nurse to ensure effective interaction of the patient with other members of the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, strengthens his positive attitude to recovery and further self-rehabilitation.
